BOTOX® & Fillers

BOTOX® Cosmetic

BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to smooth crow's feet, frown and worry lines, and lines on the neck. Made from a purified protein, BOTOX® relaxes wrinkles and gives the face a rejuvenated look.

Radiesse™

Radiesse™ is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body's natural collagen supply. Composed of microspheres in a biocompatible gel, Radiesse™ is made from the same minerals found in our bones, so it carries little risk of allergic reaction. Radiesse™ can be used on many areas of the body, including nasolabial folds, peri-oral lines, depressed scars and oral commissures.

Restylane®

Restylane® is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips and shape facial contours. It is a clear, synthetic gel made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found throughout your body. It carries little risk of allergic reaction. The most common areas for treatment are the glabellar lines (between the eyebrows) and the nasolabial folds (from the root of the nose to the angle of your mouth). With its unique ability to bind with water, Restylane® remains in your skin for many months.

Perlane®

Perlane® is an injectable filler used to treat deep facial lines, augment the lips and contour the cheeks and chin. Made by the same company that produces Restylane®, Perlane® contains purified hyaluronic acid, a sugar found naturally in the body that works with collagen to keep the skin smooth and supple. It is hypoallergenic and so does not require a pre-treatment skin test. With its unique ability to bind with water, Perlane® continues to perform up to 60% longer than collagen.

JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel

JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel gently reverses many signs of aging in the face, including fine lines and wrinkles, crow's feet, thinning lips and loosening skin. It can also "plump up" the lips, sculpt the cheeks, and restore a youthful shape to the face. It is made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to give volume and support to the skin. Because it is non-animal-based and highly biocompatible, no pre-treatment testing is needed. JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel comes in three formulas optimized for the depth of the area being treated. Results last about 6-9 months and can be made to last even longer with a simple follow-up treatment a few weeks after the initial injection.

Sculptra®

Sculptra® counteracts the loss of fat beneath the skin (a condition called lipoatrophy). Sculptra® is injected into the deep dermis layer of the skin to improve the appearance of sunken cheeks, hollow eyes, indentations and wrinkles. Its main component is an alpha hyrdoxy acid that has been used for 20 years in surgical products such as dissolvable sutures. Results can last up to two years.

Latisse™

Full, natural-looking eyelashes can now be achieved through a prescription treatment called Latisse™. Latisse is the first and only eyelash treatment approved by the FDA to help grow longer, fuller and darker eyelashes and treat hypotrichosis, a condition that involves having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.

Latisse contains bimatoprost, an active ingredient that improves the appearance of your lashes and is often found in glaucoma medication. While the precise science of the treatment is not known, research suggests that the number of hairs and duration of the growth process are increased by bimatoprost.

This prescription medication is applied topically to the base of the eyelashes once a day, after makeup and contact lenses have been removed and any other skincare products have already been applied. While it does not replace mascara, Latisse offers an attractive complement to help further enhance full, long and beautiful lashes.

The results of Latisse are visible after 4 weeks, with full results appearing after 16 weeks. You can track the progress of your results through photographs. Side effects of Latisse are rare but may include itching, redness or dryness in the eye area. You should not use Latisse if you have an active eye infection or broken skin or irritated skin on the eyelid. Call 570-214-6665 today to find out if Latisse is right for you.

Apply Latisse only to the upper eyelashes. Do not apply to the lower eyelashes. Side effects may include darkening of the pigment in the skin at the base of the eyelashes, as well as darkening around the outside of your iris.  These changes may be permanent.

Important Safety Information: If you are using prescription products for lowering eye pressure, or have a history of eye pressure problems, only use LATISSE under close doctor supervision.  May cause eyelid skin darkening, which may be reversible, and there is potential for increased brown iris pigmentation, which is likely to be permanent.  There is potential for hair growth to occur in areas where LATISSE solution comes in repeated contact with skin surfaces.  If you develop or experience any eye problems or have eye surgery, consult your doctor immediately about continued use of LATISSE.  The most common side effects after using LATISSE solution include an itching sensation in the eye and/or eye redness.
